Subject: EL paper: Police ticket!

Starting to clean up stuff in the basement, and have come across a big pile
of EL paperwork which I will be scanning and posting over time.

Here's a sample EL police department ticket. The ticket numbers and
signatures in this book were all pre-filled out to speed things along...

So.... has anyone on this list been unfortunate enough to receive one of
these? :)
