Rich and List:

The piggyback ramp was at Lima Yard by the freighthouse on the north side of the tracks. The yard was west of Erie Crossing ("BY" controlled by a B&O operator). The only track left is the lead into the refinery. Both main tracks are still in place west of Erie Crossing (the B&O name for "BY") for a little ways, then it goes to single track on the west end of Lima. The freighthouse and passenger station are long gone. The scan of the track chart shows Lima Yard as it was up to Conrail, which closed the piggyback ramp.
