I thought I'd send these photos on to the list... They're scanned pretty
much as in the old album they came from - they're actually older than I am,
either my mother or my father took these photos with a little 126 camera -
which they aren't bad for the camera they came from, that's still around
somewhere too.

0EL52673A: GP35 2566 is dead on the lead over to the Kingsley warehouse,
and an SW9/1200 number not visible is working in front of the old EL
passenger station.

0EL52673B: SW8(?) 369 and an ex-Erie caboose. I believe these are tucked in
on the tracks the E8 and other equipment were landlocked on for so long,
east of the DL&W station.

0EL52673C: SDP45 3658 and a mate EB under Chenango street, looks like with
coal cars - empties out of Johnson City?

0EL52673D: an SW9/1200 shuffling cars under Chenango Street.

3 more shots to follow in a second e-mail. I'm not sure if any of the
locomotive numbers will show once these are uploaded online or not; I've
found my scans usually a lot bigger on a web page than they are in my photo
editors and I haven't done anything to reduce sizes on these.

Also in this album were a couple of different sets of PC shots, a bunch of
Lehigh Valley stuff from Sayre, and the obligatory shots from the NH&I,
BR&W, Steamtown from Vermont, and a trolley museum I probably should know
the name of but can't think of right now. Oh, and a couple shots of my
great-grandfather as engineer on NYC streamlined hudson 5448. I've scanned
all the 126 film, but some of the shots are 3x5 and some wierd slide-sized
format too.

More to come -

Bill K.
