Guess the 1884 tobacco company building (basically the same shape) was
raised for the reinforced concrete REA.

The building that used to house Tony Harding's was the REA Building. It was
built in conjunction with the Scranton Passenger Station (now the Radisson).
When the freight station was built, the REA shifted there.

Steamtown has drawings and folders dealing with the management of the
structure.
