That would be right! Here is the give away shot from up top.

This duck under was used by west bound trains out of Scranton and Hampton.
It eliminated the need to cross over on the climb to Clark Summit. This
third photo taken at the duck under is looking back east at the PA
Turnpike Bridge just east of Clark Summit. Tom, Gary, and Paul, the going way
curvature of photo No 2 from up top, would not match up with the curvature
at Denville if you were standing up top
