Since I cannot even understand most of what I read on this list, I am sorry if my posts seem to come from left field, but once in a while a post to the list reminds me of something in our collection. I have attached here a photo of what was once the yard of Millburn Coal and Ice. I am not sure that I am interpreting the photo correctly, but I gather the trains went overhead, above the truck, and offloaded coal into the bins on the right. We have a photo of men standing in the backs of early pickup trucks, shoveling coal from what I believe are the same bins.

Is this a correct interpretation? Did all DL&W trains go over this track, or was it a side track used only by coal cars?
