Subject: Mystery Culvert Found! (with jpegs)

Finally got out and about today to take a good look at this candidate.
I'm willing to say that this is the mystery culvert as pictured in the
B/W photo attached.

I originally saw this candidate in a Weird NJ article and thought it
looked familiar. My ever loyal field agent, Paul Miller took great
pains to wend his way out to the middle of nowhere and locate this
culvert for me. Today we went out there together and took a hard long
look, comparing it to a print of the scanned photo sent to me by Mike D
a few years ago.

So, where is it?!

In Clifton, near Delawanna. It's on a section of the old DLW Boonton
line and still sees trains. Two went over as we stood there. For those
in Transit, my information tells me that this is 'Kingsland Ave UG
BR.#8.69' This would be on today's 'Main Line'.

Ah, that's done! On to the next...
