Here is my photo of #411073 at Binghamton (5-14-78). You can see the
pneumatic siphoning device and of course sand all over the ground and in
the car. The small lettering next to the door reads:

THIS CAR TO BE USED FOR
SANDBLAST SAND ONLY
BETWEEN INDUSTRIAL SILICA
CO PHALANX OHIO AND
MEADVILLE PROGRAM SHOP
EL RR MEADVILLE PA

Since this is now Conrail, old car assignments no longer matter.
