Paul,

The EL number was EL 88046. I believe it was a DL&W boxcar originally, but I
don't have the original number. The EL 88000 series photos I have show them
in flour (XF) service out of Buffalo. This car was in a wreck and retrieved
by Winter's Wrecking Service. We acquired it from them in late 1980's. It
served as a display car at our fairgrounds display at Hamburg NY. We moved
it to HDC 4 years ago.

We have no immediate plans to paint it as it is in fairly good paint. We
also own a Buffalo Creek boxcar and an Arcade & Attica boxcar. The tank car
you see in the photos was acquired from LA&L through the efforts of Larry
DeYoung. It is quite unique and was made into a brass model.

Last week we acquired four Nickel Plate signals from Ohio.
