CNE Tour 11 April 2010

The month of April has arrived. Let's hope for good weather on the 11th.

We plan to meet at the Cracker Barrel restaurant in Tariffville, CT.
Tariffville is on CT route 189 northwest of Hartford. Actually it is only
a few miles west of Bradley Airport. The Cracker Barrel is not part of the
big chain of restaurants. It is a brick building on Main Street in
Tariffville. Parking will be in the back of the building but it may be a bit
crowded. Some people may have to park on the streets and walk a bit.

You should plan to be there around 8:00 or no later than 8:30 to allow
time to pick up your guidebooks and have coffee and muffins. The buses
will roll about 9:00. This years buses have on-board restrooms and PA
systems for the narration. Be sure to bring your camera.

The morning section of the tour will be Tariffville through Griffins and
Bloomfield to Hartford then back to the Cracker Barrel for lunch. After
lunch we will tackle the Springfield Branch through E Granby, W
Suffield and Feeding Hills to Agawam.

If you have any questions just drop me a note.

Keep your fingers crossed for good weather and we will see you in
Tariffville on the 11th.
