Having lived there a while they do call it "Lester"--the brick DL&W depot is now privately-owned and in excellent shape.  The community was known as Moscow until c. WWI but the railroad, probably to avoid confusion with Moscow, Pa., on the Scranton Division, named it Leicester, when the line was opened c. 1881-82.MJC
