Being a native of the Cohocton area, the town & village are always referred to as Cohocton.  They are located in the Conhocton Valley on the Conhocton River, but the valley & river are often referred to as Cohocton.  Great fishing on the Conhocton.

Another one is Cohocton and Conhocton, still used both ways.

BTW,Leicester is pronounced Lester;at least within 50 miles of there.
