(erielack) OC Power at Briar Hill - Youngstown

There appears to be a SD-9 or a SD-24 stationed at Briar Hill  in 
Youngstown on the OC. I haven't gotten close enough to get a good look at it.  
Evidently, the work load has increased to the point to require a 6 motored  
locomotive to be stationed there.
