Hello Walter,
I am also working on building, in HO, the 11 window Stillwell coaches using Funaro & Camerlengo kits as the starting point. Your drawing shows the more correct (4) step - steps, as the F&C kit comes with a (3) step version. I built my own (4) step versions.
Attached is a Stillwell interior photo sent to me by Joe Braun, a member on this list. I don't know if this is an interior from an 11 or 12 window car, but I've assumed they would have been similar.

Subject: (erielack) Stillwells
Hello,
Does anyone have good reference shots of the interior of an Erie Stillwell coach? Ideally, I am looking for images that show the color of the seats and panneling of the coach. I know about the information Walt provided me about the ELHS publications. I am in need of images for the time being.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
Walter Conklin
