As I read through this book I would consider it in its day the equivalent of the books that have been written recently about the recent financial crisis and how the public got ripped off by financial hooligans. The barbarians at the gate never go away they just keep transforming themselves.

I have not read this bookl but the review has piqued my interest. It is available @amazon.com et al.
