(erielack) Along the DL&W

Hi folks,

Just returned back from a "daycation" to Knoebels Amusement Resourt in
Elysburg, PA. In addition to driving alongside the old DL&W Bloomsburg
Branch through Rupert, I did notice some road construction being performed
on the Route 80 bridge that goes over Bell's Bridge (the one where salt
run-off damaged said bridge). I'm curious if this is being done in response
to the railroad bridge repair happening below?

Anyone know the answer?
