Yup that is true...and former D&H 5010 as well...and a rash of S2's and
even some Montreal Built M-424's)

NY&LE is "ALL-Alco" as well... NYLE 1013 (former NW 1013 high nose C425),
NYLE 6101 (former PRR 2423/CR 2423/CR 5062 chop nose C425) and some S2's
as well.
