Re: (erielack) [Fwd: [AnthraciteRR] DL&W milk cars]



Looks as if one of the car numbers in 1760.  According to the Taber book, 
these steel cars were built in 1925 by Osgood Bradley and were 42' long.  
The cars held 500 ten gallon milk cans, and with the decline in milk traffic 
starting in the 1930s were used for milk and cheese.  They did not have 
inside tanks.
