In the ABPR today there is a 1936 Hoboken aerial photo in 3 sizes, small,
medium and large.

It shows pretty much everything on the waterfront looking west  and the old
Terminal looks great! You can see the track all the way to the tunnels. Two
passenger ferries are visible. It covers the area from about the Holland Tunnel
to Hoboken Terminal.

There is also an interesting high angle view of PRR's Newark station under
heavy construction for all you NJ fans :)
