(erielack) Stenciling on Erie PS1

Can someone identify the stenciling on the side of Erie 67926, a DD 50' PS1 
that I photographed in Waldwick NY in 1974.

The routing/return instructions printed to the right of the reporting marks 
mention a location that looks like when empty return to "Clovis Point"

Does this sound familiar to anyone?
