Re: (erielack) Erie 3 bay covered hoppers?



Con-Cor produced two 3 car sets, 2 of each lettered "EL" and one lettered
"Erie" in each set (01-950202).  As Schuyler notes, they are a good
"representation".  Most noticeable to me are the end ribs are not channels
as on the prototype, but single ribs.  EL reporting marks on the models are
in Roman.  Pictures of prototype show Gothic.  The herald on the models is 2
panels from the right end, but on the real thing it is on the far right
panel.
