(erielack) ex-DL&W caboose in the ABPR's

Look at the bottom of the page in today's ABPR's.

There is a series of pictures of a caboose in Conrail livery at 
Tuckhannock, PA which I suspect is an ex-DL&W caboose.  Is that 
right?  And if so, whose is it and what are the plans for it?
