These were made for AHM by ROCO in Austria up till the late 70's, then E&B
Valley got the dies and made them for awhile with minor changes and Athearn
trucks (also sold under the name Robins Rails), then finally ConCor got the
dies, put coupler pockets and their own trucks on them, plus lots more roads
and numbers. Until ConCor they were still marked made in Austria! The
history is somewhat similar for the 40 PS-1 Box Cars and PD reefers, except
Walthers intervened with their version.
