This maybe a stupid question, BUT.....
Did DL&W overhaul a diesel locomotive prior to EL? If so which ones and
where? To me it didn't look like Scranton had the facilities to overhaul a
diesel there, but perhaps I am wrong. And Hoboken wasn't a place where that
would happen either, correct?
