Some other interesting thoughts about this...

1.) Money Talks, B.S. walks. Dosen't matter how many bridges are O.O.S.
or worse (may be better from a contractors Point of View) gone. If the
government is funding this, they tend to have unlimited pockets. 

2.) New Jersey Transit is in a win/win situation "IF" the RV is opened
to summit, "AND" GVT/M&E open the cutoff in the future. This gives NJT
the option of running that long awaited Pocono service.

3.) GVT and M&E Win on this as well since "IF" the cutoff is opened,
"AND" NJT wants in on commuter service, the line will be of the high
caliber that much of NJT's lines are, Signaling, Good Rail, etc.

Makes one wonder if "The Ghost of Phoebe" dosen't have a hand in this...
