One factor everyone has overlooked in all of this, especially when talking of 
piggyback or container trains, is clearances. Remember, there is catenary 
wire and there are many very low bridges between Dover an Summit that will 
not clear these types of trains. Some other types of freight cars are also 
prohitited in this territory. The high level platforms at Summit and denville 
also have width restrictions that restrict certain cars as well.
