(erielack) Pre EL detours on the SY

Does anyone know of detours that might have operated over the DL&W Syracuse 
line?  I know it has happened EL to present, but a vague memory of hearing 
that at some point O&W power operated on the Syracuse line spurs this 
question.  Can anyone confirm whether or not O&W detours did happen, and 
other detours if there were any?
