Deals can be worked out, trackage rights won't matter. The major railroads understand each other's problems. Weak lines with NO BUSINESS, too many high speed roads, to what THEY consider nowhere. NYS&W was just in a big deal between NS and CSX a few years ago to take the company private. They worked it out.........Lance
