Those NS units you see on the CP south of Binghamton are D&H(oops...CP)
trains with run through power. That will change with the new arrangement
recently filed with the STB. They'll actually be NS trains on trackage
rights.

In the recent discussion we were talking about NYSW rights in a "what if"
kind of situation which did an end run around the NS using a variety of
regionals to get from Jersey to the midwest.
