RE: (erielack) DL&W RS3 make-up oil tanks

I've seen pictures of them with and without when they were operated up on 
the S&U.  How do you plan to model the tanks John?

On a similar note, any advice for modelling the later RS-3s?  Is there a kit 
one could add to the Atlas RS3 to get the walkway and hand rails correct?
