Len,
All trains to Port Jervis are out of Hoboken.  PATH can take you from 33th
& 6th (one block from Penn Station) to Hoboken.  Matamoras is right accross
the Delaware from Port Jervis.  The Hotel is 2 miles from the station.  Yes
there are taxis.  I can send out phone numbers for taxi services when I get
home tonight.

Would it be possible to reach Post Jervis from Penn Station by a NJT
Midtown
Direct train?  How far is Matamoras from Port Jervis?  Is there a taxi
available in Port Jervis?
