Re: (erielack) O&W R-O-W



A few miles from Oswego to Fulton became New York Central and is now CSX
property; a mile or so in Middletown remains as NS rails (off the Tier, list
content), and there may be a few bits in Norwich on the NYS&W (ex-DL&W),
where there is a lightly or unused runaround and sidings that go over toward
the O&W ROW, south side of town.   Would have to look at very old maps to
determine if any of the ex-LV remaining in Cortland was part of the O&W
"Auburn branch" but this may not count since that was given up before 1900.

Some O&W in Scranton must remain, that one string of O&W passenger cars was
parked in 1957 and rots to this day in the same place, although probably all
beyond saving now.  I don't think any of it is in service, though.
