Schuyler, that car is an all steel car with imitation wood sides. The entire production of Pullman sleeper and parlor cars from 1911 until mid-1914 were built this way. As cars were rebuilt, this siding was replaced with riveted steel plates. For more information, I refer you to Tom Madden's extensive research available at www.thepullmanprogect.com.
