While killing the screens I noticed something and have to retract my doubts about:

[C revised] Building is Ward's Auto Garage, NW corner of ROW and Harrison St. 

I hadn't noticed the roof on the right side of X2201:

Many of the details match X2203.

I initially relied upon this guy to eliminate the NW corner of Harrison (along with the Sanborn map).  However, even though there are many details that don't work for me, enough do to say they are all one and the same.
