The database contains 452 different consist sheets (a.k.a. "wheel reports") from the period 1972-1976, for a total of 29208 different freight cars.

I've been working on the project since early 2013 and I've probably spent over 5000 hours on it.  I found lots of errors to correct and lots of mysteries to decode in the wheel reports.  But it has been fun and interesting at the same time.
