The EL regeared the following passenger (PE-22-4) class E8s to freight class
(FE-22-4) units:

809, 810, 812, 813, 814, 815, 817, 818, 819, 820, 826, 828, 832

They were regeared from 57:20 to 62:15, and the fuel tank partitions were
removed so the entire tank could be used for fuel (not just fuel and water)
