Fred,

One more note on the Parish Drive bridge that would interest you.  NS has
placed a long detour around the bridge.  No bypass across the tracks is in
place so drivers are diverted up Alps Road to French Hill and then back down
to Parish Drive or Valley Road.  I'm wondering how this is affecting
Community #1's responses to fires and other emergencies.
