Can anybody help? This sounds like a steam pressure gauge.

Dear Sir: I have a new westinghouse guage in a box addressed to DL&W RR,
c/o ray? Knight, Keyser Valley Shops, Scranton PA. I think you are an
old Lackawanna man and could give me some info. on this. It came out of
scranton shop when they closed it and I've hade ever since. The box is
falling apart, but you can still see most of the writing. The gauge is
about 3-3 1/2 in round, is made of heavy brass and chrome plated. It
must weigh about 3-4 lbs.Scale is 0-160 lbs Thank you for your time.
