I think it will be impossible to rebuild the High Bridge Branch.  There a=

several new buildings across the right of way in High Bridge itself.  Als=

Welsh Farms has expanded one of their buildings in Chester.

I vote for rebuilding the Sussex Branch from Netcong to Andover Jct. and
the L&HR from there to Sparta Jct. as my Cutoff freight route.
