I don't think it >is< in the public domain.  Conrail inherited all those
logos, and I am pretty sure that they kept them under protection.  And I'd
imagine that NS and CSX divvied them up.  They are using PRR and NYC now,
and I know they OWN those, and I think they own the others, too.
