Re: (erielack) NS gets trackage rights on ex-DL&W lines

Hmmmmm...Since there have been trackage rights in 
place for several years now (and I see lots more NS 
traffic on the ex-DL&W main than CP Rail), and the new 
passing siding is under construction, why is 
this 'new' news?

Oh well! Gotta love PR departments!
